Tripleta
A sandwich on soft sobao bread with three meats, usually pork, ham and beef, with fries inside and mayoketchup. It is late night food and roadside stand food. A good spot presses it and cuts it in half, because a whole tripleta is a lot of sandwich.
Example
Leaving a bar, a shared tripleta fixes the night better than any restaurant plate.
