Navidades boricuas

The island's Christmas season, which starts in late November and does not end until the San Sebastián Street Festival in January, one of the longest anywhere. It brings trullas, aguinaldos, roast pork, pasteles, coquito and the octavitas after Kings Day. Traveling then changes what you see entirely, and what you pay too.

Example

In December the food stops being the restaurant menu and becomes roast pork, pasteles and pigeon pea rice everywhere.
