Piña colada
A cocktail of rum, cream of coconut and pineapple, and the official drink of Puerto Rico. Two venues, one in Old San Juan and one in Condado, both claim to have invented it between the nineteen forties and sixties, and the argument is still open. The good version uses real pineapple rather than syrup.
Exemple
Order the piña colada where they use fresh pineapple and the difference from the syrup machine version is immediate.
