Inspección agrícola de salida
A luggage check carried out when leaving Puerto Rico for the rest of the United States, run by the federal agriculture department to prevent the spread of pests. It is not customs or immigration, so there is no stamp and no passport involved. Fresh fruit, plants with soil and some vegetables can be held back.
Exemple
Roasted coffee, rum and bottled sauces pass without trouble. A mango off the tree at the house you stayed in does not.
