Hora del Atlántico
Puerto Rico runs on Atlantic Standard Time all year and does not change clocks for daylight saving. That means it matches New York in summer and runs an hour ahead in winter. It is the most common mistake when booking flights and calls from the mainland.
Exemple
A call set for ten in New York in January is eleven in San Juan, and in July it is ten in both places.
