Tembleque
A dessert of coconut milk set with cornstarch, served cold and dusted with cinnamon. It wobbles when you move it, which is where the name comes from. It is a Christmas classic, though many bakeries keep individual cups of it year round.
Beispiel
A cold tembleque after a plate of roast pork is the logical close of a December meal.
