Hebergement
Parador
A small inn endorsed by the official parador program of the Tourism Company, created in 1973 to send travelers beyond the metro area. They tend to be family businesses with few rooms, near beaches, forests, caves or coffee estates. It is the local alternative to a chain hotel, and Puerto Rican families use them for their own vacations.
Exemple
For touring the mountains or the west, a parador costs less than a resort and puts you at the place rather than an hour from it.
