Ruta Panorámica
A linked chain of mountain roads crossing the island east to west along the central range, from Yabucoa to Mayagüez. It is slow, with tight curves, patchy fog and small towns, and it is a shortcut for no one. People drive it in sections rather than in one go, and it is the best way to see the interior.
Esempio
One section of the Panoramic Route plus a mountain coffee stop fills a whole morning, and that is the right pace.
